Applies to accounts that are migrated in the first two full calendar months following execution of the term/volume addendum. Unused credit after the second month carries forward to the 12th month (and then applies to the 12th month only). Sign-up or upgrade a dial-up subscriber for new Qwest DSL service, and you’ll receive 3 months of wholesale DSL service for FREE from visp.net. You have the option to pass that savings on to your subscriber so their only cost would be the loop charge from Qwest for that first three months or pocket the savings yourself. Additionally, visp.net will provide you with a $5-$55 credit (depending on your sales volume) for each new Qwest sign-up as a bonus.
