If I decide to migrate my existing subscriber base to visp.net, will I lose subscribers or experience an interruption of services?

We are VERY experienced in migrating a subscriber base to visp.net services. For the past 11 years, we have refined
the process so that during a 30-day migration period, we experience little to no subscriber loss.
Our system administrators take great care during this process so that there is little
to no impact on your subscribers what-so-ever!
We are able to import most of your subscriber data into one of our three available solutions, including but not limited to: basic contact information,
user name and password, paid until date and more. We can customize your migration preferences so that your subscribers do not have to change
their RADIUS logon or email user name and password. All email is imported from your current POP3 email solution to visp.net premier email
services which include POP3, IMAP and WebMail access.
We have this process down to a fine science which makes us 'the migration experts' and the one to come to when you’re looking to outsource your ISP services.

How can I outsource the technical support and customer service or even the management & billing aspect of my ISP business?

or our Fully Managed Internet Services. These services are

Your subscribers can make payments online with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit and debit cards.

Detailed monthly statements of your subscribers are available online and profit checks are sent out monthly.

When do I pay for my wholesale ISP services?

Our wholesale billing is based on a Pay-as-you-Go system. On the last day of the month you simply deposit funds in your visp.net account
to cover the estimated costs for wholesale services for the following month.

What happens to my subscriber’s online payments?
|
|
Any online payments from your subscribers will automatically be credited to your visp.net account.
Payment information is immediately displayed on your visp.net statement.

How do subscribers sign-up for internet service?
|

There are basically three ways a subscriber can sign-up for your internet services when using our Ultimate ISP solution.
First, subscribers may call or walk in to your ISP location and you would use visp.net’s
ISP Management & Billing software to create a new subscriber account. Secondly, each ISP brand is supplied with
a Web Portal where subscribers can create a new account online 24-hours a day.
If you subscribe to the optional 24-hour Call Center Support
or our Fully Managed Internet Services option, subscribers can sign-up
by contacting our call center 7 days a week!

Does visp.net offer a private labeled VoIP service?

Does your dial-up service offer unlimited usage?
|

We partner with just about every wholesale network provider out there in order to give you over 50,000 dial-up numbers nation wide.
Some of our network providers impose limits that range from 150 to 400 hours, yet other network providers offer unlimited usage.
The U.S. average Internet user is online for 30 hours a month and less than one user in one hundred will exceed 150 hours.
We suggest keeping your aggregate average subscriber hours at 40-hours or less per month. That way if just a few
of your subscribers use upward of 400 hours per month you are not charged for their excessive usage levels.

What is REAP and how does it work?
|
Ratio Efficiency Adjustment for Profit or REAP, is an incentive program to promote efficient subscriber
management based on the actual time spent online by subscribers. REAP discounts save you money on your
cost per account, and more efficient ratio management results in greater savings of up to 50%! When managed
correctly - you could pay $5.00 or less per fully loaded Internet account.
Network A average usage < 30 hours = 10% discount on Net-A accounts.
Network A average usage < 20 hours = 25% discount on Net-A accounts.
Network A average usage < 10 hours = 50% discount on Net-A accounts.
The number of hours represented are the average of all of your Network A users, and the discount applies to all Network A accounts.

Visp.net is a ready buyer! In the event you decide you don’t want to remain in the internet business, visp.net will
